Hello friends, happy last Thursday of the year. Today I am sharing a recipe of lemon juice and fresh turmeric. Fresh turmeric is a superb cleanser and lemon a super source of vit C. To add spicy taste I have added fresh red chillies. Peel and grate the fresh turmeric. Keep it aside. Wash and dry the chillies. Remove the stem and give it a slit. Mix salt and asafetida in a bowl and fill the chillies with this mix. Now squeeze out juice of lemons in a bowl. Add the grated turmeric and the stuffed chilly to the juice. Also add the leftover salt mix to the juice. Fill this in a sterilized glass bottle. This pickle does not last more than two months. It is so healthy and tasty that it can be enjoyed with anything and everything. Happy cooking gals ……..
